By submitting an enrolment form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that Maria Learning Centre may contact you about the selected class, payment, scheduling and enrolment status.

Enrolment is subject to class availability and confirmation by Maria Learning Centre. A place may not be fully confirmed until required payment or administrative checks are complete.

Photo and media consent is collected separately on the enrolment form and will be respected according to your selected option.
